Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

FerryLoop is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product provided by Perpetual. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have access to the service immediately upon payment
  • The digital nature of the service means it cannot be "returned"
  • Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of your subscription

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until your subscription expires
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your billing cycle
  • Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after expiration, after which it may be permanently deleted

3. Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in the following circumstances:

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error or duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund for any verified billing errors.

Extended Service Unavailability

If the service experiences extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) are not covered.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe your payment method was charged without your authorization, please contact us immediately and also report the issue to your bank or credit card company.

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your FerryLoop account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
